Acorns and grafting material

Due to their perishable nature and specific storage requirements (refrigeration), no returns are accepted.

Living trees

Trees cannot be returned. However, we guarantee that they are healthy and vigorous at the time of shipment and provide a specific warranty outlined below.

Seeds

We accept returns of seeds (see details in the Return Policy).
Their success depends on several factors, including soil quality, sunlight, watering, climate, and care after planting.

Therefore, no returns, exchanges, or refunds are available once seeds have been used.

Other items (non-living goods)

Examples: decorative items, frames, vases, non-living materials.
Returns are accepted only if items are returned in their original and intact condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

🌳 Warranty for living trees

We guarantee that you will receive healthy and vigorous trees at the time of shipment.

However, growth, establishment, and survival depend on many external factors, including:

• soil quality
• sunlight exposure
• watering
• climate conditions
• and post-planting care

Recommendations for successful establishment

• Plant your trees as soon as possible after receipt
• Choose appropriate soil and a sunny location
• Mulch and water regularly during the first year to encourage root establishment

In case of first-year failure

If a tree does not survive its first growing season:

• Contact us with detailed photos so we can assess the situation
• If the tree was properly planted and maintained, we may offer, depending on the evaluation:
  • a replacement tree
    or
  • a credit equal to the purchase value in the form of store credit for a future order

📸 Important – Product representation

Natural variations in growth and differences between photographs and delivered plants are not considered defects, but are a normal occurrence in horticultural production.
