Shipping Areas
We ship our products across Canada.
Order Tracking
Each shipped order includes a tracking number. It can be accessed:
- directly on our website
- in your shipping confirmation email
- on the Canada Post website
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated according to Canada Post rates.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable once the shipping label has been created
- Transportation fees are not refundable by the seller, even in the case of returns or cancellations after shipment
- We now offer, for certain plants, free shipping on orders of $150 or more (before taxes)
Important Plant Shipping Conditions
Due to logistics and plant survival considerations:
- Plants in 1-gallon pots or larger are not shipped
- Only plants in bare-root form or pots smaller than 1 gallon are eligible for shipping
If an order includes plants 1 gallon or larger, we reserve the right to:
- replace them with equivalent bare-root plants
or - substitute with smaller, shippable plant sizes
Wholesale & Professional Orders
We offer tailored solutions for professional orders:
- Pallet shipping via third-party carriers (e.g. GLS Canada)
- Internal transport may be available in certain cases
- On-site pickup available by appointment at our production center
Special pricing and payment terms may apply for agricultural businesses, landscaping companies, and institutional clients.
Order Processing & Shipping Schedule
Shipments follow a seasonal schedule adapted to planting periods:
- Orders placed between October 2 and May 15 → shipped in May and June
- Orders placed between May 16 and October 1 → shipped in October and November
Once shipped, orders are sent via Canada Post Expedited Parcel with an average delivery time of 2 to 3 business days.
We are not responsible for:
- carrier delays
- lost or misdelivered packages
- shipping errors made by the carrier
On-Site Pickup
On-site pickup is available by appointment from May 1 to September 30 each year.

Return & Refund Policy
General Conditions
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- If a return is approved, shipping costs will be deducted from the issued credit
Restocking Fee
All approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee
Non-Returnable Items
- Acorns and grafting material: non-returnable (perishable products)
- Living trees: non-returnable (quality guarantee applies instead)
- Perishable or sensitive plant material: non-returnable depending on category
Returnable Items (under conditions)
- Seeds: returns accepted under specific conditions
- Non-plant items (e.g., decorative goods): accepted if returned in original condition
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before shipment.
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
Payment Methods
We accept the following secure payment methods:
- Interac e-Transfer (available at checkout)
- Credit card (secure online payment)
Orders are confirmed only once full payment has been received.
Quote Validity
All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
