RécolteSauvage is more than just a fruit production center. While we do produce a large annual volume of shrubs, herbs, and vegetable plants in our facilities—primarily adapted to a northern climate—our mission goes far beyond that. From a simple strawberry or apple, which has been part of Quebec life for decades, to rarer and more exotic varieties perfectly suited to our climate, such as kiwis, you’ll find everything you need here to achieve greater food self-sufficiency.

Beyond our production, we are also one of the first forest-based permaculture farm schools in Quebec. Our farm includes a food forest, an animal pasture, a market stand, an orchard, and much more. It is a place of learning and discovery.

You will experience a unique moment of rejuvenation by meeting our team (see the section below about our team), while sharing a friendly chat about the topics we are all passionate about in permaculture. Additionally, we organize numerous events in harmony with nature and our core goal: “Living differently, living better!”

Today, for many people around the world, strengthening resilience has become essential. It is no longer a matter of opinion but a fact. Food self-sufficiency is one of the many paths toward resilience.
